Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant. The position is located in Singapore.

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing department in executing campaigns, creating content, and managing the company’s online presence. With prior experience in content creation and social media management, the assistant helps build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive traffic to digital platforms.

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, creating marketing materials, and communicating with influencers and inner office. Additionally, the Marketing Assistant will be involved in monitoring market trends and assisting in event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation
  • Write and edit engaging content for digital platforms (e.g., blog posts, social media, newsletters, website).
  • Assist in creating visual content (images, infographics, videos) using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, or external content creators when needed.
Social Media Management
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement, and respond appropriately.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
Campaign Support
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (seasonal, product launches, events).
  • Track campaign performance and assist in preparing post-campaign reports.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Help manage marketing inventory (brochures, giveaways, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset and eye for design.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Marketing and Market Research
  • Skills in Communication and Client Interaction
  • Abilities in Creative Design and Content Creation
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new techniques and concepts
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior internship or experience in a similar role is a plus
