Derivatives Sales Manager

Overview Independent Reserve Singapore is seeking a seasoned Derivatives Sales Manager to join our team. This pivotal role, based in our Singapore office, is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a strong track record in institutional derivatives, structured products, or trading solutions. A deep understanding of financial markets, combined with an interest in cryptocurrency and digital assets, is highly valued. Responsibilities Grow our derivatives business and drive sales to institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients Understand client needs and work with teammates from other roles to create tailored solutions Acquire new clients, develop a strategic sales growth plan and develop new business opportunities Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in institutional sales within derivatives; experience in cryptocurrencies is a bonus A strong and established client network within institutional investors, family offices, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to understand and address client-specific needs Confident communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly and build trust quickly Good negotiator and presenter What We Offer A competitive salary A challenging and rewarding role in the dynamic crypto industry A winning, fun, hard-working team Ongoing learning and support Great career development opportunities in a growing company This is an in-office role, so please do not apply if you are looking for a hybrid or remote opportunity.
