Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & System Integration Central Permanent SGD 10,000 Posted on: Job Description Brief Summary: Join a pivotal role where you will lead the transformation of Finance and Procurement functions, driving innovative solutions and enhancing system integrations for strategic success. Take charge in modernizing processes to foster operational efficiency and performance. Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize existing financial, procurement, and reporting processes, identifying inefficiencies and control gaps. Lead initiatives for process improvement, including redesign, automation, and best practice implementation. Champion the use of innovative technologies and digital tools to bolster analytical, operational, and reporting capabilities within the Finance team. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate current system structures and identify integration opportunities. Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of financial systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Manage cross-functional project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications. Develop and maintain project roadmaps and resource plans, proactively managing risks and engaging stakeholders. Serve as a liaison among Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment in transformation initiatives. Provide systems administration support and oversee user access governance for compliance with financial policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance operations, and FP&A. Strong understanding of Financial Accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives, including process optimization, system implementations, and change management within finance and procurement. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in developing process maps and translating technical requirements for diverse stakeholders. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, demonstrating a passion for innovation and measurable impact. Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution and operational detail.
