Recruitment Program Manager – Bangkok-Based (Relocation Provided) at Agoda. This role focuses on designing, launching, and optimizing talent acquisition programs that address Agoda's most critical hiring needs, including early careers pipelines, global referral initiatives, internal mobility, and related programs.
What You'll Do- Drive strategic talent initiatives by designing and scaling programs that support Agoda's business growth and talent strategy, including early careers, development pipelines, global referrals, and internal mobility.
- Lead with data and insight to inform program design, optimize execution, and deliver measurable improvements in hiring quality, speed, diversity, and business impact.
- Enhance the stakeholder experience for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and participants by ensuring interactions are seamless and aligned with Agoda's values.
- Build strategic partnerships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to align recruitment programs with organizational goals and drive adoption.
- Manage global programs end-to-end, overseeing multi-region initiatives, navigating ambiguity, balancing priorities, and delivering results on time and within scope.
- Enable team excellence by sharing expertise and coaching others to foster a culture of learning, innovation, and high performance within Talent Acquisition.
- Deliver executive-level insights through clear reporting, dashboards, and presentations to Organization Development and business leadership.
- 8–10+ years of experience in program management within recruitment programs, project management, strategy, talent acquisition, or consulting, with a track record of leading large-scale or complex programs in global or matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive program decisions.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
- MBA or Master's degree in Organization Development, HR, Business, or related field.
- Professional certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
- Experience with advanced recruiting technologies and employer branding strategies.
