Overview

Senior Product Manager for SEO. This role is based in Bangkok with relocation provided. You will drive the SEO product strategy, work with senior leadership, and lead end-to-end product delivery focused on organic search performance.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This role is Bangkok-based, relocation provided. You will be analytical, data-driven, and responsible for building products end-to-end with a focus on analyzing and experimenting to tailor solutions for travelers. You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams and have high visibility with senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements with a strong focus on Search Organic traffic channels
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/products that support wider company initiatives, customer engagement, and optimizing organic rankings to drive revenues
  • Conceptualize, launch, and optimize SEO products and features; experiment, test performance, and iterate quickly
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams on cutting-edge technologies
  • Analyze content traffic, SEO metrics, and campaign messaging effectiveness using defined KPIs to improve content marketing ROI
  • Develop innovative solutions across regions, product areas, and functions with emphasis on SEO, and allocate dedicated engineering resources
What you’ll need to succeed
  • At least 5+ years of product experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making with a strong focus on SEO
  • Strong data skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to different stakeholders
  • Experience developing and launching new products
  • Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions for the organic channel
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset; ability to break down complex problems and drive change
  • Hands-on mentality with proactive problem-solving
Nice to have
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Math, Economics, CS, or Statistics
  • Strong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalents
