Job Description
As a Senior Social & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the Group’s Social Media and Digital Marketing Strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create an impactful online presence that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling and relevant social media content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, collaterals and other formats that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience. Create graphics for emailers, company collaterals, flyers, posters, corporate presentation etc. Manage website (WIX, Wordpress) content updates, producing newsletters and other posts designed to drive traffic.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Cultivate a positive and engaged community by fostering meaningful conversations and addressing customer inquiries.
- Digital Advertising: Plan and execute effective digital advertising campaigns (paid social, display ads, etc.) to drive lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign success. Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, collaborate with, and manage partnerships with relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- SEO & SEM: Work in conjunction with the SEO/SEM team to ensure a holistic approach to online marketing, optimizing content and campaigns for search engine visibility and performance.
- Emerging Trends & Technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing teams (content, email, events, etc.) and departments to ensure an integrated approach to marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- KPI Reporting: Define, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital and social campaigns, aligning with overall marketing and business objectives.
Search Engine Marketing (Google), Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.), Graphic Design & Website Management.
Qualifications- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field or relevant work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media or Digital Marketing Specialist, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising channels, and digital marketing best practices eg. Healthcare, Hospitality sectors.
- Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
