What You Will Be Doing
 Administrative Support

  • Handle scheduling, meeting preparation, basic procurement, and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain records such as participant attendance, training logs, and feedback summaries.
  • Provide logistical support for project-related events and workshops.
Research Support
  • Conduct literature reviews and assist in preparing research summaries.
  • Support data collection through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Transcribe and organise qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Assist in research documentation, including ethics forms and progress reports.
  • Contribute to presentations, policy briefs, and publications.
Others
  • Carry out additional project-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in social sciences, public health, gerontology, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project or research support.
  • Interest in eldercare, ageing, or community engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of tools like NVivo, SPSS, or Qualtrics is a plus.
  • Carry out additional project-related tasks as assigned.
