- We are MindfulBear, a specialist child counselling centre.
- Work days: Wed-Sun (5-day week). Hours: 11am-8pm on weekdays, 9am-6pm on weekends.
- Locations: Bendemeer/Lavender MRT or Marine Parade MRT.
- Salary: Up to 3,700 SGD monthly plus incentives, depending on experience.
- Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
- Provide direct clinical services to children and youths through counselling and group work.
- Collaborate with parents and children to develop effective strategies.
- Work empathetically with parents to achieve desired outcomes.
- Implement and follow up on care plans and interventions.
- Participate in case conferences with the team, schools, and external agencies.
- Must be Singaporean or PR.
- Bachelor's Degree in Counselling or Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years of counselling experience.
- Additional qualifications in CBT, play therapy, behaviour management, case management, and group work are beneficial.
- Self-motivated, organized, and strong communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and a desire to improve.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Chinese-speaking parents.
