Position Summary

Relationship Manager , we are the exclusive licensee of Goldzone Programs & Services in Singapore. You are a vital part of the sales team, building trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients to help them solve problems, explore new possibilities, and match their needs with our programs and services.

Your day starts with a team meeting, reviewing appointments, and preparing for client meetings. You work closely with our consultants and specialists to share information, book meetings, and close deals as a team. Your tools are an iPhone, MacBook, our custom-built Stakeholder Management System, and social media. Your success is measured by the value you create for others.

Position Purpose

The purpose of this role is to engage with clients, turn them into lifetime fans, and support them to achieve extraordinary results with our programs while inviting others to join them on the journey.

Reports To Compensation
  • On-target earnings: $18,000 to $35,000 per month

The package includes:

  • Uncapped commissions.
  • Quarterly & annual bonuses.

Duties & Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Invite prospective clients to free and paid educational events.
  • Follow up with event attendees to build trust and advise on next steps.
  • Consult with clients to match their needs with our programs and services.
  • Build lasting relationships that lead to referrals and long-term success.

Business Development

  • Develop new markets and business opportunities.
  • Invite clients to social events and networking experiences.
  • Use social media to attract, engage, and nurture potential clients.
  • Work closely with internal consultants and specialists to deliver results.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience (consultative or high-ticket preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented and service-minded.
  • Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and socially fluent.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
