They provide services like Managed Detection and Response (MDR) , Threat Intelligence , Incident Response , and SOC operations , using AI and automation . They’re hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their next stage of growth — focusing on technology direction, innovation, and product strategy . Overview Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do) Key Responsibilities Set the tech vision and strategy for products like MDR, SOC, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence. Lead product development and infrastructure , making sure systems are scalable, secure, and reliable. Integrate AI/ML into cybersecurity operations (e.g. detection and incident response). Oversee SOC platform architecture — ensure it performs well and works with other partner systems. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PDPA, PCI-DSS, etc.). Explore new technologies like XDR, Zero Trust, and SASE to keep the company competitive. Support business growth , including pre-sales, demos, and client discussions. Represent the company publicly at events and with key clients. Build and lead tech teams — software, AI, DevOps, and cybersecurity experts. Manage budgets and vendor relationships (e.g. working with tech partners and solution providers). Requirements 15+ years in cybersecurity or related tech fields , including 5+ years in senior or CTO roles . Strong experience with MDR, SOC, XDR, or AI-based security platforms . Good understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps . Familiar with incident response, threat detection, and automation tools . Experience managing regional tech teams across multiple countries. Excellent leadership, communication, and client presentation skills .
