Job Description Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a global operations strategy that supports rapid scaling and product innovation Translate company vision into operational plans, KPIs, and execution roadmaps Partner with the CEO and executive team on fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting Manufacturing & Supply Chain Oversee relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring performance, cost control, and quality standards Drive excellence in electrical and mechanical product manufacturing, from prototyping to mass production Optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics systems for speed, flexibility, and cost-efficiency Engineering & Product Delivery Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure manufacturability, scalability, and timely delivery of new products Champion DFM (Design for Manufacturing), NPI (New Product Introduction), and continuous improvement initiatives Team Building & Culture Build and mentor high-performing teams across operations, engineering, and supply chain Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration Implement systems and processes that support transparency, agility, and data-driven decision-making The Successful Applicant At least 15+ years of experience in operations leadership, with early career exposure in established multinationals Proven success in startup environments, ideally in Series A-C stage companies Deep expertise in electrical and mechanical product manufacturing, including contract manufacturing in China Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to execute in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and global supply chain optimization What\'s on Offer Opportunity to work in a leadership role within a global industrial/manufacturing organisation Collaborative and innovative workplace culture in the heart of Singapore Contact: Eugenia NG (Lic No: R / EA no:18S9099) Quote job ref: JN- Seniority level Executive Employment type Full-time Job function Manufacturing and Engineering Industries: Manufacturing, Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing, and Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Michael Page by 2x National Capital Region, Philippines 2 weeks ago We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
