Role Description Assist the Director of Human Resources in ensuring that all HR policies, procedures, and practices are effectively implemented and consistently adhered to across the organization. Oversee and coordinate administrative functions relating to recruitment, training and development, and employee relations. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date personnel files and HR documentation for all employees in compliance with company standards and statutory requirements. Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of associate core training programs in alignment with Dao by Dorsett brand standards and organisational goals. Provide administrative and operational support in employee engagement activities, performance management, and other HR initiatives. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of HR processes to promote efficiency, compliance, and a positive work culture.
