Job Title: Vice President - Infrastructure

Location: Singapore

Reports To: Group Head of Infrastructure

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview: As a Vice President in our Infrastructure Investment team, you will take a leadership role in sourcing, executing, and managing infrastructure investment opportunities. Responsibilities include overseeing deal teams, leading due diligence, and managing relationships with investors, advisors, and portfolio companies. The role requires significant experience in infrastructure investments, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive transactions from origination to completion. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the team’s strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investment Origination and Execution: Lead identification and evaluation of new infrastructure investment opportunities, build relationships with industry players, prepare investment memos, and oversee deal execution including financial modelling and negotiations.
  2. Due Diligence Leadership: Coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes, manage external advisors, and assess market and regulatory trends.
  3. Portfolio Management and Value Creation: Monitor portfolio assets, develop value creation plans, and work with management for operational improvements and strategic growth.
  4. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  5. Investor Relations and Fundraising: Support fundraising activities and represent the firm at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related; advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in infrastructure investments or related fields, with a strong track record in transactions, financial modelling, and sector knowledge.
  • Skills: Advanced financial modelling, analytical skills, negotiation, communication, and project management.
  • Personal Attributes: Strategic thinking, proactive, collaborative, passionate about infrastructure investing.
