Creative Designer

Overview

Creative Designer role focusing on responding to briefs, creating high-quality designs that maintain the excellence and integrity of our clients' communications. You will collaborate with the wider creative team to ensure our work meets client needs and expectations, and tell client stories in a compelling way.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective creative work by collaborating with the Design Director, creating designs for assigned client work and new business pitches, integrating creativity with strategic thinking to interpret objectives into original design solutions while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Be commercially aware by managing project resources (time and budget) to deliver profitable, timely, and high-quality work; contribute to internal processes and, where required, to new business.
• Support your team by working closely with the APAC Creative team, Account Management and Publishing teams to understand creative strategy and delivery framework; ensure smooth project execution and exceed client expectations.

Your qualifications, experience & skills

The ideal candidate will have the following profile of skills and experience:

• Diploma or Degree level qualification from a reputable Art/Design college
• Ideally a minimum of one to three years' experience in corporate communications, with annual report or sustainability report design experience
• Expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
• Good knowledge of the print and production process
• A passion for digital experience design and digital channels is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skill necessary to work with teams and clients to build trust and respect
• Excellent eye for detail and a constant drive for quality
