We are seeking a Commercial Director (Singapore/Malaysia) to lead our commercial strategy, drive sales, and grow profitability across all our Retail, E-commerce and Wholesale channels. This role will oversee sales, pricing, and supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with our brand and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. Drive retail, e-commerce and wholesale sales across Singapore and Malaysia. Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Collaborate with the Head Of Brand to plan product assortment, pricing, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure commercial activities align with business strategy. Lead and mentor the commercial team to achieve business goals. Prepare and manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor gross margins and profitability by channels. Promote a high-performance, results-driven culture across the commercial functions. Requirements 10+ years in retail, with senior commercial leadership experience. Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and sales strategy. Experience managing teams across multiple markets (Singapore and Malaysia preferred). Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. Results‑driven, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
