Job Summary You will build and maintain strong key strategic relationships with prospects and intermediaries to acquire new business and develop new business for CSC’s operational offices globally, in line with CSC’s commercial strategy to realise commercial objectives and increase market share. You will work closely with the Global Sales and Marketing Team to implement an effective sales and marketing strategy to increase new sales results. Position Details Title: Commercial Director Location: Singapore Department: Sales Schedule: Full Time Work Model: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Identify market opportunities and implement a commercial business plan to grow the business. Identify and innovate on new opportunities and products to drive new business (e.g. new sales channels, new potential clients, new products/services). Initiate, build and maintain relationships with intermediaries and other relevant market parties, taking into account CSC’s commercial interests to generate leads and prospects and to strengthen CSC’s market positioning. Identify cross‑selling opportunities and coordinate within the teams, in line with Business Development guidelines, to contribute to revenue increase and to broader positioning of CSC. Build a strong internal network between all offices to initiate and develop internal initiatives. Occasional business travel within the Asia Pacific region. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in business development or a commercial role within a multinational company, the financial industry, or the trust & corporate services industry. University degree majoring in Law, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Business Studies or equivalent. Strong knowledge of corporate business, products and sales processes. Independent, meticulous, pro‑active, attentive to details, self‑motivated, outspoken, eager to learn, able to adapt to new challenges and possessing excellent communication skills.
