Are you a service-oriented Account Manager with an interest in financial products and building strong relationships with Tier 1 institutional clients? We invite you to join our Institutional Service team in Singapore.
Our goal is high customer satisfaction and improving overall relationships. The Institutional Service desk is the main contact for operational queries and complex issues for our institutional clients. You will deliver high-quality service to a portfolio of White Labels, Introducing Brokers, and Financial clients.
Responsibilities- Serve as the key contact for operational queries and escalations for your portfolio of institutional clients.
- Participate in developing our partners through education.
- Handle client queries and resolve escalations.
- Investigate complex partner requests with specialists and stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and represent the client's voice within our organization.
- Manage small projects to improve services based on customer needs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, Middle Office, or client-facing operational roles in the financial industry.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills for the Asian market are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with a passion for excellent customer service and ownership.
- Structured approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and importance.
- Committed to improving work efficiency with clients and departments.
