We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Developer to support ongoing Security Management System initiatives across Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/11i) and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical development skills combined with a deep understanding of ERP security frameworks, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance automation.This role involves designing, developing, and integrating ERP security components, tools, and reports to enhance user access governance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, reports, and integrations to support Oracle ERP security and access control management. Implement and optimize automation for user provisioning, access validation, and SoD monitoring using Oracle tools, APIs, and scripts. Collaborate with security, audit, and functional teams to design custom security roles, data access sets, and workflow configurations in line with compliance policies. Develop RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) to support security configuration, audit, and reporting requirements. Build custom dashboards and audit reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL/PLSQL to monitor user access, security violations, and exceptions. Integrate Oracle ERP with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and governance tools using OIC, REST APIs, and SOAP services. Participate in security audits, assessments, and remediation activities, ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory standards. Support ERP security migrations, upgrades, and patching, ensuring accurate access configurations post-deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve security-related technical issues across Oracle Fusion and EBS environments. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (BRD, FDD, TDD) for all security-related development and integration efforts. Ensure all deliverables comply with global security, compliance, and data protection policies and frameworks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred). 10–12 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) with a focus on technical development and security management. Proficiency in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OAF/ADF, and Workflow Builder for custom security development and reporting. Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Security Console, including role design, duty roles, and data access configurations. In‑depth understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and ERP access control frameworks. Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs for security automation and IAM integration. Proven experience in developing audit and compliance reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, or SQL. Demonstrated success in security remediation, audit readiness, and compliance initiatives (SOX, ITGC). Good knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) business processes and related security dependencies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. Oracle Cloud / Fusion Security or Developer Certification is an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
