You will deliver solutions that enable customers to achieve measurable business outcomes and expand their engagement with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Job Description We’ve got exciting new opportunities opening up working with Oracle’s Cloud sales teams. We need passionate, customer‑centric sales leaders who can engage with customers weekly both face‑to‑face and digitally, and who bring an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities Interact with customers’ business and IT contacts and identify opportunities using business language. Maintain a high level of weekly activity to create and mature qualified pipeline opportunities. Win opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline status, and forecasted opportunities in Oracle Customer Connect. Develop proactive relationships and collaborate with extended Tech Cloud teams (Marketing, Business Development, Presales, Consultants, Customer Success, etc.). Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector coverage. Create and maintain competitive information and regional success stories. Lead and support go‑to‑market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists. Contribute to account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions. Provide direction and mentorship to colleagues. Required Skills Strong belief in the Cloud model and customer success‑centric approach. Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Continuous self‑learning and development mindset. Experience in software sales, particularly Cloud services. Proven track record in a sales‑driven organization selling technology products and services. Experience selling public and private cloud, business analytics, big data, and SOA. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work as part of an extended sales team. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure products and Exadata Cloud at Customer is preferred. Fluency in English. Team player and self‑motivated. Qualifications Career Level – IC4.
