Oracle Fusion Payroll Principal Consultant Oracle Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Senior/Principal Consultant to lead the delivery of end‑to‑end Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Singapore Payroll legislation, strong analytical ability, and proven experience guiding clients through complex HR and payroll transformations. What You’ll Do Lead and deliver full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go‑live. Interpret and apply Singapore Payroll legislation (CPF, IRAS, SHG Funds, SDL, leave mandates, statutory submissions) to ensure compliance. Conduct fit–gap analysis, solution workshops, and prepare functional specifications. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, fast formulas, and data migration. Drive testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support clients through issue resolution and deployment. Provide post‑production support, enhancements, and knowledge transfer to users. Mentor junior consultants and support internal capability development. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project delivery. What You’ll Need 5 to 15 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations or equivalent Payroll Software. Successfully delivered at least 3 end‑to‑end Payroll implementations (preferably Singapore). Strong understanding of Singapore Payroll legislation and statutory requirements. Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong problem‑solving ability. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working with Singapore public sector clients will be a significant advantage. Exposure to multi‑country payroll implementations or collaboration with Oracle product development is a plus. Ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams independently.
