Master Principal Sales Consultant

Job Description As a Master Principal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants, focus on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions, and develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. You will deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations, lead any and all aspects of the technical sales process, advise clients on overall architecture solutions, and have a proven track record of positioning Monetization, Assurance, Automation and CRM solutions with customers. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide guidance on Oracle Siebel and OSS/BSS solutions. Assist in creating and delivering compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops. Develop tailored solution proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs, ensuring alignment with client needs and Oracle product offerings. Design end‑to‑end Oracle Siebel and OSS/BSS solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Provide technical guidance during the solution implementation, working closely with both the customer and the project team. Ensure that the solutions proposed align with the business goals and technical architecture of the client. Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle Siebel and OSS/BSS related inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Understand and anticipate customer needs, and identify opportunities to introduce additional Oracle products. Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Siebel CRM and OSS/BSS product developments and industry trends. Participate in product workshops, training, and conferences to ensure continuous learning and development. Share market insights and competitive intelligence with the sales and product teams.
