Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Compliance Officer. The Recruitment Compliance Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to hiring, onboarding, communication, employer branding, and recruiting for the company's operations in Singapore. Your Duties and Responsibilities Ensuring flawless execution of hiring processes, including work permits, contracts, and insurance policies, in strict compliance with Employment Act regulations Pitching of services through calls and welcoming walk‑ins to interested clients who would like to kickstart their hiring journey Providing support for any mediation or negotiation when required Advising clients on any queries regarding the recruitment of MDW Managing administrative works with precise information and accuracy Liaising with the Ministry of Manpower, third‑party organizations, and our valued customers using various CRM tools Coordinating with our passionate team to anticipate and overcome potential challenges, ensuring smooth hiring processes 5 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm.
