Responsibilities

  • Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
  • Handling and resolving customer feedback.
  • Ensure all deliveries to customers are properly communicated to all parties.
  • Co-ordinate with Logistics/ 3rd party to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Verify certificate of analysis/ compliance, applying inspection status.
  • Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports.
  • Maintaining database of customer contacts.
  • Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access of work documents.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
  • Diploma in Business Admin
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • SAP knowledge is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Other information
  • 5-days work week (Monday to Friday)
  • Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm
  • Company transport provided at designated pick-up point (Jurong West, Boon Lay, Lakeside, Jurong East, Serangoon, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands MRT)
