If you have: Inspirational and people‑oriented leadership High drive for results and a team player A Client‑Centric Mindset Then you must be the right talent to join our team as a Deputy Boutique Manager Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Deputy Boutique Manager shall work hand in hand with the Boutique Manager to drive 360 performance in sales, CRM, customer service and operations. You shall nurture in‑boutique learning and enhancement culture, by leveraging retail excellence & performance tools (KPI dashboard, VOC, etc.). You shall motivate and inspire the team to achieve productivity and sales goals and act as a role model for the Brand, embodying etiquette, presentation and behaving as a Brand Ambassador at all times to internal and external clients. Key Responsibilities Guide the boutique team to achieve budgeted sales, focusing on the three key priorities that drive performance. Follow up closely on KPI results, review effectiveness of actions and adjust accordingly. Review assortment and inventory levels to optimize sales opportunities. Guide and coach the team on handling client discount requests in accordance with company guidelines. Special focus on Exceptional Creation development: 360 plan on daily briefing, try‑on, stock review, event planning and follow‑up with SA on potential sales negotiation. Support HJ and Local Watch Community representatives on briefing (especially new product launches), driving Metiers appointments, sharing best practices and other initiatives. Share market intelligence (activities of other competitors). Staff Management Motivate team members and support the Boutique Manager to conduct coaching sessions, providing constructive, candid and timely feedback. Plan workforce and roster to optimize floor coverage and sales opportunities. Ensure staff grooming and presentation etiquette in accordance with Piaget’s standards. Communicate and cascade Maison policies and management directions to the team promptly and precisely. Client Management Ensure the “Art of Sharing” is consistently practiced during the selling ceremony. Manage retail systems to record all contact occasions (VIEW, Rendez‑vous). Capture quality data, prospect collection, and follow up existing and prospective clients systematically. Follow up on CS, dissatisfied VOC results and all complaint cases in a timely manner. Ensure all corporate gifting and client budget spend align with Maison guidelines. Inventory Management Accurate inventory management for both valuable and non‑valuable items and ensure all creations are handled with extreme care. Perform quality checks upon receipt, report and raise repair requests as necessary. Properly tag creations with price, check serial numbers against goods receipts and maintain relevant certifications. Execute monthly stock counts efficiently. Maintain high housekeeping standards, including cleanliness of windows, showcases, back‑of‑house and hospitality tools. Maintain fixtures, furniture and furnishing within the boutique and report maintenance work when required. Others Assist the Boutique Manager in compiling reports for the Commercial / Marketing Teams. Schedule consistent daily briefings and monthly boutique meetings with all team members to align on performance and upcoming directions. The exceptional skills we are looking for Minimum 5 years of boutique experience, with 3 years in a supervisory position. Strong numerical ability, excellent planning, organization and problem‑solving skills. Action and result‑driven, a team player. Agile, good time management and flexible to prioritize. Fluent in English and any local language within Southeast Asia. Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
