Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are partnering with a globally renowned luxury brand to hire an Assistant Boutique Manager who will support the Boutique Manager in driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a world-class client experience. Key Responsibilities Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth boutique performance and adherence to brand standards. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets. Deliver an exceptional client experience through personalized, high-touch service and client relationship management. Oversee clienteling activities, including appointments, after-sales follow-ups, and VIP events. Monitor inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to align with global brand guidelines. Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that upholds the brand’s image and values. Act as the boutique leader in the absence of the Boutique Manager. Candidate Profile Minimum 4–6 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity. Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Strong sales acumen and client development skills, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Professional, polished, and able to engage confidently with high-net-worth clients.
