Anticipate future workforce needs. Design and implement frameworks for end-to-end talent management strategies and training roadmaps. Coach and support managers in effective performance management, leadership techniques, and team development. Focus on building long-term capacity across the organisation through targeted development initiatives. Identify organisational training needs and collaborate with external trainers and institutions to supplement internal learning initiatives. Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure effectiveness and ensure a clear return on investment. Review HR policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure full legal compliance and alignment with industry best practices. Led the communication and implementation of new policies across the organization to ensure consistent adoption.
