We’re looking for a proactive and strategic HR professional to join us as an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Human Resources (HRBP) . In this role, you’ll partner with leaders to drive HR initiatives, support recruitment, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with line managers to understand business needs and provide proactive HR solutions.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for both full-time and contingent roles. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and advise hiring managers.
  • HR Operations: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR administration. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate HR records and systems. Respond to employee queries and provide timely support.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HRBP and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with high attention to detail and discretion.
