Requirements What We’re Looking For
  1. 2. Modern Marketing Stack Fluency
    • Growth & Outcome-Oriented Mindset
    • Proven ability to deliver exponential growth using lean resources.
    • KPI-focused, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Can prioritize high-leverage activities and avoid "busy work."
  2. 3. Strategic & Operational Capability
    • Strong grasp of GTM strategy, ICP development, ABM, and partner marketing.
    • Experience launching partner portals and scalable outreach programs.
  3. 4. Business Acumen
    • Understands the connection between marketing, sales pipeline, and revenue.
    • Commercial mindset with ability to productize and position complex tech offerings.
  4. 5. Resourceful & Hands-On
    • Self-starter who can create campaigns, content, and events with minimal support.
    • Expert at identifying off-the-shelf solutions or outsourcing smartly.
  5. 6. Leadership & Communication
    • Experience building marketing teams or functions from zero to one.
    • Strong communicator and storyteller—capable of presenting strategy to stakeholders.
