Responsibilities Support the management of media partners to drive business growth, executing business planning by using data, deep insights, and in alignment with business objectives Maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of media partners, aligning on deliverables, testing plans, and innovation initiatives Monitor ecosystem trends and competitor activity to keep our partner library fresh, relevant, and innovation-ready Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Planning, Adtech, Data and Finance teams) to evaluate country-level, partner-level performance and actively help with problem-solving Assist in preparing meeting summaries, internal reports, and post-mortems to guide future marketing investment decisions Take ownership of key projects or countries over time, conduct analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in business performance, and to recommend marketing and pricing strategies, growing into a well-rounded partnership lead Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent coordination, problem-solving skills and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Curious about digital marketing, media platforms, and the role of partnerships in driving business outcomes Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly Prior internship or project experience in marketing, partnerships, or digital media is a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
