Job Description Define regional SaaS Partner strategy in collaboration with Sales Leaders Develop and align both the Partner and Oracle on a multi‑year business plan with coverage across all GSI partner executives Grow Oracle’s mindshare and share of wallet with the Partners Be accountable for KPIs related to partner engagement and performance Drive successful advocacy and references within both the partner and partner’s customers base Drive the right cadence for success and demonstrate measurable progress toward an ‘Oracle First’ relationship Additional Accountabilities Produce and maintain a SaaS‑focused partner map aligned with Oracle’s regional GTM strategy Identify coverage gaps and propose a plan to address those Help partners define and execute a SaaS business strategy meaningful to them and to Oracle Foster partner motivation and engagement to support Oracle SaaS business Promote innovation (cross‑pillar industry approach) to increase competitiveness Drive ad hoc sales campaigns among the partner community (e.g., “Installed Base”, “expansion”) Ensure partners are sufficiently skilled to perform qualitative implementations Monitor open pipeline and work to increase win rates Interlock partners with critical Oracle resources for their business Monitor and report partner‑led implementation projects’ achievements Collaborate and share best practices among the community of SaaS Partner Managers Assist Oracle SaaS sales management with any partner‑related topic Responsibilities At least 10 years of experience selling and account relationship management with major accounts or partners Strong team leader; 100% accountable for results across territory and team performance Proven ability to develop lasting customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders at VP+ level High decision‑making ability and accountability for those decisions Team player committed to improving the way Oracle serves its clients Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills Qualifications Career Level – IC4 About Oracle As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
