Our client is a fast-growing technology company building a next-generation enterprise SaaS platform. With global ambitions and a strong footprint across Asia-Pacific, they are now seeking a proven SaaS product leader to define and deliver a world-class platform strategy.

This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for product vision, roadmap, and execution, shaping how the business scales across Europe, APAC, and beyond.

About the Role

The Head of SaaS will be responsible for setting a bold product strategy, benchmarking against global best practices, and ensuring the platform achieves both commercial success and exceptional user experience. Leading distributed teams across multiple geographies, you will:

  • Product Strategy & Leadership : Define and communicate a differentiated global SaaS vision; translate market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights into opportunities.
  • Platform Build & Scale : Architect the platform for scalability, modularity, and security; ensure best-in-class standards in design, compliance, and data privacy across regions.
  • Global Product Execution : Drive end-to-end product lifecycle and lead agile, distributed teams across Australia, Europe, and the U.S.
  • Data & Analytics : Champion data as a core product asset, embedding analytics, dashboards, and AI/ML into the product.
  • Commercial Impact : Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market, pricing, and enterprise packaging; support international expansion with a focus on Europe and APAC.
Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of SaaS product management, with proven experience in senior leadership roles.
  • Track record of scaling enterprise-grade SaaS platforms internationally, including launches and growth in Europe.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics, product-led growth, and commercial strategy.
  • Experience managing distributed global teams and driving adoption and ARR growth.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

  • Complex integrations, workflow-driven SaaS, or data-rich environments.
  • Vertical SaaS, eCommerce, fintech, or customer engagement platforms.
