Job Highlights Great career development opportunities Innovative work culture Fast Paced Working Environment Job Description Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), your responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:- Responsible for financial closing and preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual consolidated financial and management reporting Assist in SGX half yearly and yearly financial results reporting Assist in preparing and submitting public announcements Assist the CFO in preparing management packs for Board Meeting Review, maintain and strengthen internal controls Liaise with sponsor, auditors, bankers and lawyers Responsible for banking matters, cash management, cash forecasting and arrangement of funding at each legal entity Manage quarterly and annual filing with IRAS (GST, Tax, etc.) Perform any other assigned projects and tasks as assigned by the Management or Directors Job Requirements: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or ACCA At least 8 year(s) of relevant working experience, preferablywithaudit experience Working experience in SGX listed company is preferred Strong proficiency in written and spoken Englishand Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients Able to travel overseas when required Able to communicate, present and articulate well Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) Strong in analytical review and able to work independently Meticulous and possess initiatives to resolve financial matters Good interpersonal skills to engage with all levels in the Company/Group Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Additional Information Career Level Senior Manager Qualification Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Years of Experience 8 years Job Type Full-Time Job Specializations Accounting/Finance , General/Cost Accounting Company Overview GS Holdings Limited operates various food courts/food centres and a halal eating house located in Singapore as well as a famous chicken rice restaurant under the “ Sing Swee Kee ” brand name.
