Grow your career and start with us We are seeking a highly strategic, organized, and results-oriented Head, Strategy & Planning. This is a critical leadership role that serves as a force multiplier and advisor to the CEO. You will be working closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team to drive strategic alignment and execute high-priority initiatives. This is not an administrative role. You are a strategic partner who will own and lead critical projects, provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making, and ensure the CEO\'s vision is translated into effective, company-wide action. You must be a strategic thinker and do-er who connects the dots across the business, demonstrates extreme reliability, and navigates relationships and sensitive information with high EQ and absolute discretion. Responsibilities Strategic Execution: Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO Develop and manage strategic relationships with key external partners, co-developing initiatives and ensuring alignment to accelerate our strategic goals. Develop and structure frameworks to analyze and solve complex, ambiguous business problems. Conduct research and synthesize market, competitor, and internal data to provide the CEO with actionable insights and recommendations. Executive Communications: Prepare and draft high-impact communications on behalf of the CEO, including board presentations, all-hands meetings, investor updates, and key internal memos. Ensure the CEO\'s communications are clear, consistent, and effectively cascaded throughout the organization. Trusted Advisor & Proxy: Act as a sounding board and strategic thought partner to the CEO, providing candid, unfiltered advice. Handle sensitive information and situations with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Requirement 8-10+ years of proven experience in payments and fintech environment. Bachelor’s degree required Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft and deliver presentations to C-level executives and board members. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders across the organization. Must demonstrate discretion and maintain absolute confidentiality. Driven by achieving results that benefit the team and company, rather than seeking personal recognition. A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and relentlessly overcomes obstacles to get things done. Excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where ambiguity is the norm. Singaporeans or PRs only 5 days\' work week Skills Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Skilled at turning business objectives into clear, actionable plans. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse business functions.
