Role Responsibilities- Manage regulatory relationships through proactive engagement and maintain good working relationships with regulators.
- Handle all regulatory requests, inquiries, and examinations by coordinating with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to address and respond in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments, manage consultations, and oversee the implementation of regulatory changes.
- Assist in developing and reviewing compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure ongoing adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify and manage compliance and regulatory risks.
- Conduct periodic internal compliance training and risk assessments.
- Support ad-hoc regulatory projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accountancy, Business Studies, Law).
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, with 3 years in related roles.
- Experience in regulatory analysis and implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, effective writing, and comprehension abilities.
- Experience with MAS regulatory liaison is advantageous.
