Overview
Talent Strategist | Building Profitable Talent-Centric Organisations | APAC Specialist
This Culture & Innovation Strategist role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of insight, storytelling, culture, and innovation. You’ll lead the delivery of the Culture & Innovation Hub promise – to be the platform for thought leadership, the exploration of future-of-work, and R&D - and ensure its outputs fuel brand awareness, deepen client relationships, and open commercial opportunities.
As the APAC Culture & Innovation Hub Manager, you will coordinate and deliver the Hub’s activity, ensuring its outputs are practical, impactful, and visible. This is a hybrid role across brand strategy, marketing comms, insights, and agency innovation.
Responsibilities- Own the day-to-day execution of the Hub’s agenda – turning strategic ideas into tangible, usable assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from insights and content development to internal alignment and rollout.
- Work closely with the APAC GM and leadership to ensure the Hub drives both internal visibility and external impact.
- Research and curate trends in culture, creativity, technology, and the future of work – across APAC and globally.
- Lead the creation of insight reports, toolkits, and market-facing thought pieces that position Mash as a forward-thinking partner.
- Shape Mash team QBR narratives by translating trends and performance data into actionable client recommendations.
- Build and manage a strategic content calendar across LinkedIn, CRM, and Mash-owned channels.
- Repurpose QBRs, internal wins, and client milestones into high-impact case studies, social posts, and email comms.
- Own our external social media strategy, amplifying Mash’s presence and elevating our brand voice.
- Use Hub insights to deepen relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to co-create, evolve briefs, or test new ways of working.
- Package Hub outputs (e.g. reports, sprints, tools) into assets that drive commercial conversations and pipeline momentum.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure insights don’t just inspire—they lead to action.
- 8+ years in brand strategy, marketing communications, or innovation –ideally within a creative agency or in-house team.
- Strategic thinker with strong writing and storytelling skills; comfortable shaping decks, posts, and reports.
- Social media-savvy, especially on LinkedIn; understands how to drive engagement and thought leadership visibility.
- Highly organised project manager; thrives on moving from idea to delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Curious, culturally switched-on, and passionate about where work is headed next.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (e.g. CreatorIQ, Traackr) or community-led brand models.
