Job Description
Role Summary: Support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of real estate investments in Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, and China. Provide market insights and financial analysis to aid strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen property acquisition and divestment opportunities.
- Conduct financial assessments and build investment models.
- Monitor market trends and prepare intelligence reports.
- Support due diligence and transaction processes.
- Assist in portfolio reporting and internal communications.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Real Estate or related field, with 2+ years experience.
- Proficient in financial modelling and MS Office.
- Land acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg/REIS and Mandarin/Bahasa is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills.
