About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations and help maintain a smooth, efficient office environment. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to grow with a dynamic team — we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and supplies
  • Liaise with vendors and coordinate office-related services
  • Track inventory and manage supply orders
  • Assist with expense tracking and office budgeting
  • Support planning and coordination of internal meetings and events
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and administrative support as required
What We're Looking For
  • Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in office admin is a bonus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
