Digital Economy Products (DEP) is a division within GovTech that operates like a modern product company, solving important underserved problems across Healthcare, Manpower, Trade-Industry-Finance, National Development and Sustainability sectors. Product Managers at DEP are key to our success. They lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers and researchers and are ultimately responsible for product outcomes. They demonstrate exceptional clarity of thought and communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. They lead through influence and use hard evidence, reputation and relationships to create stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities:

Product responsibilities include driving product outcomes, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-value solutions in alignment with GOVTech objectives.

Responsibilities related to SSG (SkillsFuture Singapore) include understanding SSG’s enterprise-related digital product offerings and the problem space for upskilling individuals, enterprises and businesses through SG-SkillsFuture policy initiatives; owning the solutions from design to implementation to future enhancements; collaborating with business owners and technical teams to build optimal user experiences; validating hypotheses and identifying risks to mitigate them by early testing; defining and tracking impact metrics and keeping stakeholders informed; ultimately driving product outcomes for the organisation.

We are looking for an independent person with mastery of product management fundamentals.

• 4-10 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Experience in leading discovery and navigating ambiguity, delivering impactful products in complex organisations, and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with both users and senior leadership.
• Strong product sense, especially around problem framing, MVP definition, and iterative development.
• Strong belief and drive for sustainability is a plus.
