A leading multinational enterprise at the forefront of hospitality, entertainment, and integrated resorts is seeking a Monitoring & Observability Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of its observability practices.

This Singapore-based role plays a key part in IT operations transformation, ensuring real-time visibility, proactive incident response, and system resilience across a complex and dynamic tech landscape.

What You'll Do
  • Architect and optimize observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, ITRS Geneos) for hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets in collaboration with DevOps, Infra, and App teams.
  • Develop dashboards, alerting strategies, and telemetry pipelines across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Automate operational tasks and integrate monitoring into CI/CD and ITSM workflows (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to drive vulnerability detection, secure configurations, and audit readiness.
  • Champion observability best practices across teams and align with global strategy.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years in IT Operations, Monitoring, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with observability platforms like Dynatrace, ITRS Geneos, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of metrics, logs, tracing, and telemetry in both traditional and cloud-native environments.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting for automation.
  • Familiarity with Azure or Alicloud, and knowledge of Kubernetes (Azure Stack / OpenShift is a plus).
  • Exposure to compliance standards (SOX, PCI DSS, ISO27001) and security tooling (e.g., GuardDuty, Security Hub).
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset and a knack for driving change across teams.
