A leading multinational enterprise at the forefront of hospitality, entertainment, and integrated resorts is looking for a seasoned
Observability Engineer
to join its high-performing IT team in Singapore.
This role is pivotal in supporting enterprise-scale ITSM transformation initiatives and ensuring robust system visibility across a complex, distributed infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Architect and maintain observability solutions across distributed systems and microservices.
Build and optimize telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, traces, and events.
Partner with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
Lead the development of proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
Drive observability best practices in support of ITSM modernisation projects.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in observability, monitoring, or SRE roles.
Proficient with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or equivalents.
Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, BMC, or Jira Service Management.
Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash) and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
