Your role will involve coordinating projects, fostering effective communication and collaboration among different teams, and acting as the primary contact for continuous improvement initiatives like TEOA. A successful candidate for this position should possess a combination of skills in sales operations and entry-level project management.Your key responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and reporting on sales data, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, driving projects to ensure alignment with business goals, facilitating communication between various departments, monitoring project progress, and serving as a point of contact for continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will identify and address any potential issues in project execution, support process improvement efforts, deliver presentations, assist in change management, and provide training to relevant teams upon project completion.The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, proven experience in sales operations or data analysis, basic knowledge of project management principles, familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Microsoft Project, or Jira, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau, organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, independence as well as teamwork skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, PowerPoint skills, experience in process improvement and change management, and the ability to provide training and support when needed.Preferred qualifications include experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
