You will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing paid media performance for a direct-to-consumer brand, focusing on both EU and US markets. The position requires hands-on expertise in managing Performance Max, Shopping, Search, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns, as well as ensuring data accuracy and feed hygiene. Your strategic input will be crucial in achieving optimal ROAS, CAC, and increasing AOV and LTV. Responsibilities Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max, Shopping, Search (brand and non-brand), YouTube, and remarketing. Oversee Google Merchant Center feed hygiene, segmentation, and optimization for Shopify product catalog. Set up and maintain accurate measurement using GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, and Consent Mode v2. Monitor and report on campaign performance, focusing on ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV. Implement and optimize remarketing strategies to maximize customer retention and conversion. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to align paid media strategies with business objectives. Requirements Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands. Proven track record of delivering strong results in ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping, Search, YouTube), Google Merchant Center, and Shopify. Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and Consent Mode v2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly. Experience with feed segmentation and maintaining high data quality standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to present before/after metrics and portfolio examples. Availability for a part-time, contract-based engagement.
