1-Group is searching for a driven and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimise the group’s digital marketing strategy across its 34 unique dining, lifestyle, and hospitality concepts. This role will focus on social and paid media performance, driving campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), SEM, and CRM channels to grow membership, enhance customer engagement, and support brand-level marketing initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with the integrated marketing team in Singapore and Malaysia to deliver measurable digital performance outcomes. Job Responsibilities Google Ads, SEM & GEO Execution Plan, execute, and optimise all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) across the group’s Singapore portfolio. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve quality scores and ROI. Manage daily pacing, bidding, and performance analysis to ensure campaigns meet ROAS, CTR, and CPA benchmarks. Support the implementation of GEO initiatives, including optimisation across Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Business Profiles. Collaborate with the Digital team members to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and platform performance alignment. Analyse campaign data to identify trends, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend actionable improvements. Analytics & Conversion Tracking Maintain and update campaign tracking across GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager. Set up and validate conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models. Assist in the development of performance dashboards that consolidate results across Google and Meta channels. Support ongoing tests and automation workflows that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. SEO & Web Alignment Participate in SEO and web discussions with the Digital Marketing Team Provide analytical input on search trends and keyword insights for content and landing page optimisation. Ensure that paid campaigns and website structures are aligned for better ad relevance and performance. Cross-Channel Integration & Social Support Coordinate with Marketing team members to align strategy on Meta. Implement cross-channel retargeting and lookalike audience strategies for full-funnel performance. Support occasional campaign amplification through Meta Ads, ensuring synergy with Google SEM objectives. Digital Transformation & Innovation Contribute to 1-Group’s digital transformation roadmap by testing new tools, workflows, and automation systems. Support GEO initiatives that enhance the group’s visibility and efficiency within the Google ecosystem. Explore and evaluate AI-driven optimisation tools, automation software, and new ad formats. Assist in internal capability building by sharing best practices and campaign learnings. Job Requirements Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and SEM campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Strong analytical mindset and data fluency, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics. Working knowledge of SEO principles and website analytics. Familiarity with Meta Ads, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
