Overview

Presbyterian Community Services – East Singapore is seeking a technology leader to develop and implement PCS’s IT & digital transformation roadmap, aligned with organizational strategy and community service goals.

Act as the technology advisor to senior management, translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions. Champion a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and digital adoption across all staff levels.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Transformation
    • Develop and implement PCS’s IT & digital transformation roadmap, aligned with organizational strategy and community service goals.
    • Act as the technology advisor to senior management, translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
    • Champion a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and digital adoption across all staff levels.
  • IT Governance & Risk Management
    • Oversee IT governance, policy development, and compliance with PDPA, cybersecurity, and sector standards.
    • Proactively manage IT risks, ensuring business continuity, resilience, and data protection.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant to PCS’s mission.
  • Operations & Service Delivery
    • Lead IT infrastructure management across PCS (applications, cloud, servers, networking, and cybersecurity).
    • Ensure service reliability for both corporate functions and frontline service centres.
    • Manage IT vendors and contracts strategically, focusing on long-term value and scalability.
    • Build IT capability by training, mentoring, and upskilling staff in digital tools and systems.
