Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate children\'s motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living abilities (ages 0–18).
  • Develop and implement evidence-based occupational therapy intervention plans.
  • Provide therapy for needs such as fine motor delays, sensory integration disorders, developmental coordination disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and activities of daily living.
  • Support children in achieving developmental milestones and functional independence in home, school, and community settings.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams through our unified platform.
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes with our AI-assisted tools and track progress with intelligent dashboards.
What You\'ll Need

Must-haves

  • AHPC registration as Occupational Therapist (Singapore)
  • 2+ years of pediatric occupational therapy experience
  • Strong clinical skills in sensory integration and motor development
  • Clear communication skills with children and families
  • Comfort adopting technology in daily practice

Nice-to-haves

  • School-based or early intervention experience
  • Training in specific approaches (e.g., Sensory Integration, DIR/Floortime, Handwriting Without Tears)
  • Experience with assistive technology and adaptive equipment
  • Familiarity with bilingual/multilingual environments
