This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and leadership development in a dynamic hospital environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive assessment and treatment of patients with complex swallowing and communication disorders Conduct specialized procedures including videofluoroscopy studies, FEES, and management of ICU/tracheostomy patients Develop and implement patient-centred treatment plans with measurable outcomes Supervise and mentor junior staff, students, and therapy assistants Participate in research activities and quality improvement initiatives Deliver educational programmes for healthcare professionals and the public Contribute to department development and service enhancement RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting Has experience in at least 1 of the following 1 specialized procedures/assessments supervising students/ STs project management Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to continuous professional development What We OfferOpportunities for sub-specialisation Professional development and training Leadership development pathways Collaborative multidisciplinary environment Qualified candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to healthcare excellence are encouraged to apply.
