Speech Therapist / Senior Speech Therapist Full Time We are seeking experienced and passionateSpeech Therapist/ Senior Speech Therapist to join our community-based services in the following areas: Paediatric Rehabilitation (Early Intervention Programme) Adult Rehabilitation Community-Based Rehabilitation (Day Activity Centres, Day Rehabilitation Centres, Nursing Homes) As a member of a dynamic Allied Health team, you will deliver speech therapy services to our partners across the community sector. Responsibilities As a Speech Therapist, you are expected to: Assess and identify the needs of individual clients to recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions and programmes. Conduct individual or group therapy to ensure client outcomes. Participate in public education/outreach to build an inclusive society. Keep abreast of the latest research and developments in speech therapy and be involved in networking with hospitals and other community organisations. Senior Speech Therapists will be expected to take on supervisory and administrative roles in addition to clinical work. Requirements Bachelor or Masters Degree in Speech Therapy (or equivalent) recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). Eligible for registration as Speech Therapist with the AHPC in Singapore. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and families with empathy and professionalism. A team player with a heart for serving in the social service sector and supporting people with disabilities. Experience in management and multi-agency collaboration will be an added advantage.
