The Role
- Deliver and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Work in collaboration with the nursing leaders and contribute to multi-disciplinary work groups
- Lead and supervise a team of paediatric nurses, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy and protocol development.
- Support paediatric patients and their families through health education and psychosocial interventions.
- Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and case reviews.
- Ensure that all nursing practices comply with the hospital\'s or healthcare facility\'s policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to pediatric care.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Paediatrics)or equivalent preferred.
- Valid BCLS + AED Certification
- Valid Practicing Certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 5 years of experience in paediatric nursing and at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Nurse Clinician
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good knowledge of regulatory standards
