This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong communication, influence, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across business and engineering functions. Based in Singapore , you will collaborate closely with sales and presales teams across the ASEAN region , driving innovative solutions that address complex client challenges. Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand their business and technical objectives, and architect solutions that deliver measurable impact. Co‑develop and document customer specifications, proposals, integration designs, and methodologies. Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle, from design and resource estimation to deployment, testing, and troubleshooting. Lead onboarding and deployment programs, managing milestones, schedules, and deliverables. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partnership teams to co‑create cutting‑edge solutions and strengthen client relationships. Act as a trusted subject‑matter expert—resolving challenges, presenting demos and proofs‑of‑concept, and translating requirements into optimized architectures. Gather and analyze business requirements, develop implementation plans, and review solution effectiveness. Advocate for client needs by providing feedback to internal teams and influencing product enhancements. Translate client pain points into conceptual solution designs, leveraging strategies, algorithms, or emerging technologies to optimize resources. Share best practices on workforce optimization, security, and cloud utilization, ensuring clients achieve maximum value. Deliver training, security workshops, and product consultations to empower client teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with strong technical and consulting foundation. 5+ years of experience in enterprise presales, solution consulting, or technical project leadership. Proven expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or others). Solid understanding of cloud security solutions (DDoS, WAF, BOT, API protection). Strong knowledge of web application architecture, deployment models, and infrastructure. Proficiency in Windows, Unix/Linux systems, including command‑line and scripting. Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve issues efficiently. Demonstrated success in client‑facing roles, with the ability to build trust and long‑term partnerships. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin (or another language), enabling clear cross‑functional collaboration. Highly adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments with evolving client needs. (Nice to Have) Experience with AI technologies such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text‑to‑Speech (TTS), and Large Language Models (LLM).
