About the Team Stripe’s Global Product Sales team drives growth for our Managed Payments solution, a Merchant of Record product that handles global tax, fraud, dispute management, and customer support for global sellers. As trusted business partners, we help customers understand and integrate Stripe products with ease, gathering feedback that shapes product roadmap and strategy. What You’ll Do As an Account Executive for Managed Payments, you will use deep product and sales expertise to drive revenue from key APAC customers. You will collaborate with cross‑functional GTM teams—product, engineering, legal, marketing—to develop industry knowledge, execute complex deals, and shape go‑to‑market strategy. Responsibilities Drive new client acquisition and increase attach rates for APAC Merchant of Record customers using MEDDIIC qualification and opportunity management. Build executive relationships and lead in‑depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers. Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Managed Payments, Payments, and MoR solutioning. Represent internal and customer‑facing expertise on product, competitor, and sales process topics. Engage product and engineering teams to synthesize customer feedback and inform product roadmap. Contribute to go‑to‑market playbooks with product, marketing, sales, and technical services stakeholders. Collaborate cross‑functionally to shape Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs. Who You Are We are looking for candidates who meet the minimum requirements and bring a passion for technical products, customer relationships, and cross‑functional collaboration. Minimum Requirements 6+ years of customer‑facing experience at a leading technology or payments company with a track record of top performance. Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders. Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners. Self‑starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results. Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand complex technical and product‑led requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders. Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with changing requirements. True team player—always.
